Seven clients physical progress
Client 2. always had issues gaining weight muscle.
Client 3. had severe (almost life threatening) back issues, and weight loss was one of the only ways to make that better- through weight training and gaining muscle to protect their spine.
Client 4. had very sensitive nerves/ muscles due to being less active in adulthood and not being as active- functional training again was the focus.
Client 7. developed an issue which caused their body to be very weak; gained some back. These occurred all over the span of 1.5 years.
