Written gym workout plans
Cost- $20
If you are looking for a more affordable option, then having a written program would be the best.

A full program (includes- core, legs, arms) specifically written for you.

Online personal training
Cost- $30 / 30min or $50 / 60min;
Over zoom- 30mins or 1hr.
Included;
1hr free consultation (orientation), via email or zoom to go over details.
I will take you through a full workout like I would at a gym, taking into account the available equipment (or none).
gym workout Technique plans
Cost- $10
Cheaper than getting an online personal training session, you can access, videos on ideal exercise technique.
(To help you aid your workouts; or the written programs)

Free consultation- via questionnaire.
5x 2min videos
You will be sent the content (videos) appropriate for your fitness level. (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced.)

2 New videos will be added or changed every 2 weeks.
(Each of the videos will be focusing on specific parts of the body. (Core, legs, arms, etc..)
(They will also include in the title if they are for beginners, intermediate or advanced exercisers.)
