I offer a supportive approach to working out, which ensures success for those with issues/ injuries, that need to be managed over a long period of time.
I also have an extensive recording process when recording down client workouts, for accountability purposes and to ensure their progress.

With my programmes written, online (via zoom), or in person offer warm ups and cool downs to reduce risk of injuries occurring.
Each workout I add into my client’s programme is specifically catered towards their health needs and goals; so there is less of a risk of them being injured.

Right now the “model” I am using when it comes to pricing sessions depends on the person and their needs; (if they need to train with me often it can add up in price).
