1hr Online Session- $50
Get more time to warm up and cool down. These are essential components to someone being successful when starting out an exercise program.
The focus remains the same whether in person or online in my business, which is enjoyment and what improvements are being gained physically.

30min Online session- $30
Don’t have a lot of time to get a workout in, these are sessions specifically catered to get in whatever goal you have in shorter and efficient manner, so you can get back to doing what other things are needed to be done.
Stop thinking about training as a hassle and time consuming thing. When done efficiently, you can still get the results you are looking for.

PHYSIOTHERAPY (TYPE- TRAINING) IN AUCKLAND- $50
Having some significant issues with basic movements in everyday activities. I can help to bring your body back to doing those vital functions.
The exercises usually practiced, help you to sit, stand, walk, bend over by gaining muscle needed to put the body through for long periods of movement without experiencing pain. (The training can also be adjusted to help your body complete more functions).
These sessions last for 1hr. (But adjustments can be made based on individual requests).

Sports Massage- $50
If you are having bodily pain from everyday movement, such as nerve pain, tendonitis pain, arthritis pain, back pain, pelvic pain for women with PCOS and Endometriosis, then a gentle to moderate massage approach may be the best way to start your fitness journey.
This approach can help you to sit, stand, walk, bend over by relieving neural stress and muscular tension.
These sessions last for 1hr. (But adjustments can be made based on individual requests).

GYM WORKOUT TECHNIQUE PLANS- $10
Follow along to motivational and upbeat music while getting a solid workout in! You can do these at home or at the gym. They are very accessible!
Wanting some more motivation to your workouts; these instruction videos keep you engaged long enough to feel the benefits that typically come from exercise!
