Training with Sam Devane’s Online Classes, Technique Classes, In-Person sessions and Written Program’s Policies

  • The contents on this website (or from this individual) were brought at your own risk.

Injuries;

  • If injured by following any written workout (- personalised or from the website) or any of the technique classes videos; you are not entitled to any kind of compensation (ex. financial).

  •    If injured by following any written workout (- personalised or from the website) or any of the technique classes videos; you are not entitled to any kind legal action.

Refunds;

  •   Refunds are only given to those with insufficient content quality; (example, wasn’t given pictures or enough instructions on their personalised written program).

  • Otherwise, refunds will be determined on an individual basis.

 

Payments;

  •    Payments for all the individualised programs (online zoom sessions/ personalised written workouts; in-person sessions; not through the website), the trainer will be paid before the customer receives them.

  • Once the payment has been received by the trainer, they will send through the individualised programs, or will set up the location of the session via email contact.

  •  For the personalised written program, before sending payment, the customer has the option of requesting the trainer send through a draft copy (only 1-2 exercises from different sections) to show its completed to their standard.

  • Trainer will send payment details to those who selected individual programs, or services after the customer has sent through their requests/ details via the Questionnaires located at the bottom of the different selection programs on the ‘Programs’ page.

Online (zoom) sessions; (with membership and without)

 

Refunds;

 Insufficient online (zoom) sessions will be refunded (or won’t have to pay), for example.

  •   the trainer is extremely late (10mins) without sufficient warning. (ex. at least 30mins prior.)

  •   is not able to explain the instructions sufficiently.

  • creates extreme emotional discomfort towards the client.

Payments;

Payments for online zoom sessions are paid separately to the website subscription.

Payments for online zoom sessions will be paid prior (24hrs) to the sessions.

  • (After the 1st session; only in case of having payment issues; the trainer will not accept more than 2 weeks without being paid; otherwise, sessions will be terminated temporarily until funds can be reimbursed).

  •   If you have a specific request for a payment method/ plan, then please reach out to the trainer via contact page (email); (or one of the blue buttons on the website)

  • Trainer will send payment details directly to those who selected the in-person and online sessions (as the fee is not apart of the subscription to the website), after they have sent their requests/details via the Questionnaires located at the bottom of the different selection programs on the ‘Programs’ page.

 Injuries.

  •  If in the scenario an injury is sustained from the in-person, or online (zoom) session, the person is eligible to compensation. (via financial, or free sessions).

Requirements for In-Person or Online sessions; Refund or Compensation.

  •  Needs to be verified by documentation by a legitimate health professional. (i.e. Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, GP, Gynaecologist).

  •   Worsened a health condition (injury) which was already declining. (This will have to be determined on an individual basis).

  •   If the injury came solely from the session and not by another event/ activity in that person’s life.
