It can be scary and overwhelming to start something like training, especially when you are starting from scratch.
What is involved in these types of sessions?
Sessions are always carried out, in-person with the trainer.
Very carefully, there will be laid out goals and discussions surrounding how those objectives will be realistically achieved; based on your health needs/ conditions and lifestyles.
30mins- 1hr free consultation to talk about your needs.
Completed exercise appraisal checklist process. (Ticking off basic exercises which need to be completed well enough to continue on with sessions; or discussions can be made so you can be referred to a specialist).
With approval from a doctor and specialist, we can start working on strengthening your body to help with everyday movements.
