Coordination- heavy leg press

He was pushing 10kgs on the this machine when we started and was (genuinely) hard for him to do, and took longer to recover from. 1.5 years later he is push this amount; and more importantly has pushed this amount over multiple sessions! The goal was weight-loss/ fat-loss, but it proves again, going “back to the basics” and focus on stabilisation training, and strengthening the main areas which are neglected more (i.e. the core). With this priority, the progress was a lot more noticeable, and it was definitely was not promoted by instantly lifting heavy weights.
